Can I use the skincare and haircare lines together?
Yes — they are formulated as one house. The four-step skincare ritual cares for the face while the probiotic haircare series looks after scalp and hair. Nothing in either range competes with the other.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin and scalps?
All formulations are free of parabens, micro plastics and cyclic silicones. For reactive scalps we recommend the Biotin-Panthenol Shampoo, Fragrance-Free; for reactive skin, the Gentle Cleansing Oil and 24H Barrier Repair Cream.
How long until I see results?
Skincare results typically appear within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Scalp and hair changes are gradual — most people notice improved strength and density after 8–12 weeks of daily use of the Vitamin-Peptide Hair & Scalp Serum.
Are the products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. Every Aurora product is vegan approved and never tested on animals. Raw materials are biodegradable, and the bottles are recyclable and made from recycled plastic.
Where are the products made?
Everything is developed and made in Helsinki, Finland, by Robust Nordic.
Where do you ship, and how fast?
We ship across the EU from Helsinki, usually within 1–2 working days. Finland and the Nordics arrive in 2–4 days, the rest of the EU in 3–7. Shipping is free on orders over 60 €.
