1. Orders
A purchase agreement is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. Prices are shown in euros and include Finnish VAT at 25.5%. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

2. Shipping
Orders placed before 14:00 EET on working days are dispatched from Helsinki the same or next working day. Finland and the Nordics arrive in 2–4 working days, the rest of the EU in 3–7. Shipping is free on orders over 60 €.
3. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, and 30 days in total to return unopened products for a full refund. Notify us at info@aurorabeauty.fi before sending anything back.
4. Returns and refunds
Return items in their original packaging using the instructions we send you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
5. Faulty or damaged goods
If a product arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including postage.
6. Guarantee of satisfaction
Skin and scalp are personal. If an opened product genuinely does not suit you, tell us within 30 days and we will offer an exchange or a credit.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumer disputes may be referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
